You agree not to use the Platform for any illegal purposes, including processing prohibited content or violating the intellectual property rights of others.
No Misuse
You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or automate actions on the Platform in a way that causes excessive load or bypasses intended limitations.
4. Disclaimer & Liability
Clear Cut is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We shall not be liable for any data loss, performance issues, or damages resulting from the use of our browser-based tools.
5. Content Ownership
You retain all rights to the files you process on our Platform. We do not claim ownership of your data. The source code, design, and branding of Clear Cut are the exclusive property of our team.
